Can the ceiling be opened without the pipes having to be drained?

A climate ceiling consists of ceiling panels with climate elements. We produce these elements in such a way that they have sufficient 'excess length' to be able to hang the panels down or fold them down. This is possible without the system having to be disconnected and therefore having to drain water. If one really wants to completely remove or remove a panel, the system must be emptied.
