Quad Grid 100 / 200

Stability and flexibility in two directions

Inteco's Quad Grid 100 system gives you the opportunity to place system walls in parallel or at right angles to the facade under the respective suspension channel, according to a square or rectangular grid. Through a square channel crossing at the suspension channel intersection, the appearance remains uniform in both directions. A lot of attention has also been paid to the ease of assembly. System walls are easy to attach to the ceiling. If you want to change the wall layout, you only have to remove the cover from the channel crossing. You do not need any special tools for this. You do not need to do anything else to other elements of the Quad Grid system.

Completely fitted
The Inteco Quad Grid 100 system is available in various sizes and consists of a steel suspension channel construction, which is applied in a square pattern. A square node construction has been provided at the intersections of the suspension channels. This consists of a steel top plate, which is suspended from the architectural ceiling and an easily removable cover. Both the cover and the suspension channels can be attached to the top plate without fastening material. Thanks to the sophisticated design, the Quad Grid 100 system guarantees precise modulation, rapid assembly and a seamlessly connected whole.

Depending on your aesthetic needs, you can complete the Inteco Quad Grid 100 system with the following options:

  • Square panels;
  • Rectangular panels;
  • Trapezium-shaped panels with square center panel;
  • Triangular panels;
  • Special panels (in consultation).

The modulation of the Quad Grid 100 system varies from 900 to 1800 mm. The width of the suspension channel is between 80 and 120 mm.

 
Quad Grid 200
A continuous success

Are you looking for an uncomplicated and stable construction? Then the Inteco metal Quad Grid 200 system is the right choice. Continuous primary channel suspension channels together with secundary suspension channels form square or rectangular frames. The butt joints between the primary channels are positioned in the middle of a crossing and are very accurate. This suggests that the grid continues in two directions. Depending on the suspension channel gradient, you can divide system walls according to the room planning. Please bear in mind, however, that the Quad Grid 200 system creates a more definitive layout than systems with four nodes (Quad Grid 100 system).

Simply reliable
The Inteco Quad Grid 200 system consists of continuous steel primary channels which are kept at a modular distance by secundary suspension channels. These secundary suspension channels are provided with end edges. Main beams and crossbars together form the final suspension channel frames. The primary channel grids are coupled by means of accurately fitting coupling brackets and suspended from the structural ceiling by precisely height-adjustable nonius hangers or threaded ends. This creates a reliable and widely used construction.
