Working on the Future Together is the name of the afternoon and evening the entire staff of Inteco spend together once a year. It includes an interactive afternoon of presentations, films and play elements for the purposes of information transfer, knowledge sharing and new ideas for the future. And there were more than enough of those! Our production facility is very busy with the implementation of Lean projects. A process that was started a few years ago and which is currently developing at an extremely fast rate. Product development will present new, renewed or innovative products in 2017 and our Project Teams are going deeper into Lean plans, working more efficiently and process involvement. The future (or even the present) would be unimaginable without working with BIM and 3D design and they demand a different division of work stations and composition of teams. In short, an exciting day that presented a lot of terrific new things, which you’re going to see in the coming year!
