‘Becoming Stronger Together’ according to the Lean method

A few employees from Inteco where at the MBL Event 2016 from Arpa from Veldhoven on Thursday 10th November. ‘Becoming Stronger Together’ was the subject for the afternoon and that’s just what we did! Impressive presentations and information from MBL candidates for Lean® alternated with each other. This generated new information about Lean methods and the problems companies are confronted with when implementing them. Inspiring stories from top sportsmen and women and their coaches about collaboration, focus and supporting each other. And we had to have a go ourselves, of course: sport workshops led by people who compete or had competed in the Olympic Games to see what collaboration, coaching, improvement and change can produce. An educational, inspiring day at Papendal in Arnhem where we learnt something new. For an impression of the day, see the film below.
